Louise Vezina’s love of art and architectural design combined with her entrepreneurial family history gives her a unique insight into the dynamics of real estate. Louise has travelled internationally, lived in Westmount, Montreal for 10 years and in Rosedale, Toronto for over 25 years.

Her artwork has been collected and shown worldwide: Hong Kong, Visual Arts Ontario, National Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal and Inco Canada. Louise travelled to Turkey, where her artworks are permanently displayed in the Canadian Embassy Offices and the Official Residence of the Canadian Ambassador in Ankara. Louise supports the Toronto art community and is a member of the Arts and Letters Club, Gallery 44 Centre for Contemporary Photography and Open Studio.

Natercia began her real estate career in 2001, initially providing administrative and clerical support to professionals at one of Toronto’s largest real estate offices.

Her personal experience of purchasing a home in 2007 sparked a desire to help others achieve the same pride and satisfaction of home ownership. Driven by this goal, Natercia obtained her real estate license in 2008 and joined Canada’s first and oldest real estate company.

Leveraging her extensive background in real estate administration and a natural dedication to client support, she seamlessly transitioned into the dynamic role of an Executive Licensed Real Estate Assistant.
