Louise Vezina’s love of art and architectural design combined with her entrepreneurial family history gives her a unique insight into the dynamics of real estate. Louise has travelled internationally, lived in Westmount, Montreal for 10 years and in Rosedale, Toronto for over 25 years.

Her artwork has been collected and shown worldwide: Hong Kong, Visual Arts Ontario, National Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal and Inco Canada. Louise travelled to Turkey, where her artworks are permanently displayed in the Canadian Embassy Offices and the Official Residence of the Canadian Ambassador in Ankara. Louise supports the Toronto art community and is a member of the Arts and Letters Club, Gallery 44 Centre for Contemporary Photography and Open Studio.

Natercia began her career in real estate in 2001 providing administrative and clerical services to real estate professionals working at one of the largest real estate offices in Toronto.

After purchasing her own home in 2007, she knew she wanted to help others achieve the same feeling of pride and contentment that comes with purchasing a home.

After acquiring her real estate license in 2008, Natercia began working at Canada’s first and oldest real estate company. Her comprehensive knowledge of real estate administration and her inclination to help others naturally lead her to the dynamic role as an Executive Licensed Real Estate Assistant.
