Louise Vezina’s love of art and architectural design combined with her entrepreneurial family history gives her a unique insight into the dynamics of real estate. Louise has travelled internationally, lived in Westmount, Montreal for 10 years and in Rosedale, Toronto for over 25 years.

Her artwork has been collected and shown worldwide: Hong Kong, Visual Arts Ontario, National Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal and Inco Canada. Louise travelled to Turkey, where her artworks are permanently displayed in the Canadian Embassy Offices and the Official Residence of the Canadian Ambassador in Ankara. Louise supports the Toronto art community and is a member of the Arts and Letters Club, Gallery 44 Centre for Contemporary Photography and Open Studio.

Jim brings to his career in real estate, a background in architecture and design. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of British Columbia and did his registration with the Ontario Association of Architects while working at several of Canada’s top firms. His many years developing and managing complex design assignments as an architect and then as a partner in a design firm gives him a unique perspective on all the elements that go into selling or purchasing a property. He provides exceptional client service and a strong desire to see his clients make effective decisions with their real estate, not only from a financial but an emotional point of view.

Natercia began her career in real estate in 2001 providing administrative and clerical services to real estate professionals working at one of the largest real estate offices in Toronto.

After purchasing her own home in 2007, she knew she wanted to help others achieve the same feeling of pride and contentment that comes with purchasing a home.

After acquiring her real estate license in 2008, Natercia began working at Canada’s first and oldest real estate company. Her comprehensive knowledge of real estate administration and her inclination to help others naturally lead her to the dynamic role as an Executive Licensed Real Estate Assistant.
