We are the residents of 29 Lesmar Dr and we just want to say that our experience with Sotheby’s, in particular your sales representative Mr. Nigel Denham and his team, was superb. From the beginning to the end of the whole process they made us feel extremely confident and relaxed. As it was our longtime family home it was stressful to say the least but with their guidance and understanding he both put us at ease and allowed us to let go in a healthy manner.
Throughout it all they took care of every step with they’re team of packers, painters and stagers and the speedy sale of our house is a testament not only to their great business sense and skill, but also to their thoughtful approach when dealing with people’s emotional attachments to their property.
